GENERAL

either by phone or on the radio before leaving the dock (preferably the day
before) to make an appointment.

Sundays – Please phone Mike Clarke 082 773 8203 (There is a charge for call-out
and overtime)
This ensures that
when you come alongside we are prepared and will have staff ready to assist
with mooring.
When you are
preparing to come across please remember as a matter of courtesy to contact
Port Control on channel 14 and request permission to shift across to the Bunker
Point.
We normally ask that you have at least 3 fenders and long head and stern lines so that if there is a swell running we can place lines up to the quayside to stabilize the vessel.
Please remember on completion of fuelling that once again it is a matter of procedure to contact Port Control to advise them that you are shifting off to your home berth or if you are heading out to sea to you next port of call.
LOCAL VESSELS
Fuel, lubes etc. can be supplied on account, but this must be arranged in advance and with the required credit checks and paperwork completed before any fuelling takes place, otherwise payment is required on completion of fuelling in cash or local bank check.

INTERNATIONAL VESSELS
Fuel is taken on a strictly cash basis. All vessels that take fuel must be able to prove their international status,
Local vessels who are sailing to foreign ports require a valid DA3 Customs Clearance (This form is supplied to you by your agent on clearance and is valid for 48 hours from the date stamped thereon.
